Cost-Per-Completed-View (CPCV) is an online advertising pricing model where the advertiser will pay each time a video ad is displayed and viewed by a user in its entirety.
If the video is 30 seconds, the advertiser only pays when a viewer watches the entire 30 seconds of the video.
